This policy explains what information Brad Paws collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
When you create an account or request services, we collect your name, phone number, and your pet's name and breed. This information is used solely to authenticate your account and manage your bookings.
We use a single HttpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie contains only a secure token — no personal information. It is strictly necessary for the site to function and cannot be disabled without also disabling login.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site). Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_* in your browser. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your account information is retained as long as you are an active client. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
