Contact

Brad Paws is a one-person business. There is no front desk and no sales team — messages go straight to Brad, and he answers them himself, usually within a day or two.

How to reach Brad

Becoming a client

Every new client starts with a free meet & greet — about thirty minutes for Brad to meet you and your dog, see how everyone gets along, and answer questions. It is low-key, there is no obligation, and it is the only way to start. Fill out the form at the bottom of the home page with your name, phone number, neighborhood, and your pet's name, and Brad will get back to you. If a pack walk is not the right fit — reactive dogs and very high-energy working breeds usually are not — reach out anyway and he will point you toward a solo walker in the neighborhood he trusts.

Already a client

Your upcoming visits, booking requests, invoices, and payment history all live in the client portal at bradpaws.com/dashboard. Day-to-day scheduling still happens by text — Brad sends a confirmation for the week ahead every Sunday, and a photo update after every walk. For anything urgent while your pet is in his care, text is the fastest way to reach him.

For developers and AI assistants

Services, rates, and the service area are available as JSON, and clients can connect their own AI assistant to their account over MCP. See the API documentation.
