Small packs.
Real updates.
Every walk.
I'm Brad — I run a one-person, fully insured dog walking and pet care service rooted in NoPa, serving the surrounding neighborhoods. Every walk is on foot, and afterward you'll get photos and an honest note about how things went.

Meet your pet's new favorite person.
When your dog is with me, you'll get updates that are honest, specific, and occasionally include a bird sighting — because I think you deserve more than a thumbs-up emoji.
I grew up in the rural Midwest with dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, turtles, rabbits, and even a duck at one point. Growing up around so many animals, I became knowledgeable about the care they need at every stage of life — from helping deliver litters of puppies or kittens and watching them grow, to geriatric care, and all the fun, exciting things in between.
Everyone loves a fun, positive update, but sometimes I need to flag a red, troubling eye, or a left shoulder limp that developed after zoomies but isn't tender to the touch. You'll always know what's going on while your pet is with me.
Being attentive to the pack is always my first priority, but it's also nice to know when the Tree Swallows start showing back up to their breeding grounds, a Monarch Butterfly is migrating south, or which edible flowers are in bloom around the city. Hopefully, you'll learn more than whether your dog went poop while with me!

What a walk looks like
I pick your dog up and we head out. I switch up routes so there's always something new to sniff, grab dogs along the way, and get as much grass time as a city walk allows. I love taking dogs out to the trails where flowers bloom in the spring, birds migrate through in the fall, and the city feels a little more wild. Your dog comes home tired in the best way.
The practical bits: some clients give me a key, others leave a lockbox or building code — we sort out what works at the meet & greet. After every walk you'll get a few real photos and a note by text the same day — where we went, who your dog walked with, and anything I noticed.

How it works
Book a Free Meet & Greet
30 minutes for me to meet you and your dog and answer any questions. It's low-key — I just want to make sure it's a good fit for everyone.
Your First Walk
If it feels right, we schedule the first walk. I'll grab a key, get the routine down, and figure out how you like your updates.
Ongoing Schedule
Most of my clients are on a regular weekly schedule. You'll hear from me after every walk with a photo and a note about how things went.
I walk where you live.
I'm rooted in NoPa and walk the surrounding neighborhoods — the Panhandle, Cole Valley, Haight-Ashbury, and into the park. I know where the best shade and sun spots are, which streets have the most interesting smells, and which routes have the best grass time.
Every walk is on foot, door to door.
Questions I get a lot
Is my dog a good fit for pack walks?
I walk packs of 4–5 dogs, typically small to medium-sized with a few larger dogs in the mix. Every dog has to get along — I have a thorough vetting process before introducing anyone to the pack. Reactive dogs and very high-energy working breeds (like border collies) generally aren't the right match. If you're not sure, the meet & greet is the place to find out. And if pack walks aren't the right fit, reach out anyway — I'm happy to point you toward a solo walker in the neighborhood I trust.
How long are your walks?
At least an hour, centered around the neighborhood. Every bush gets a proper inspection — sniff breaks are non-negotiable. If we go over, you won't be charged. If you'd like to request extra time, there's an additional fee.
When do you pick up?
Midday, with pickups between 11am and 2pm. Exact times can shift during the week depending on the schedule. Every Sunday, I send a confirmation text to lock in the week ahead.
Do you offer one-on-one walks?
No — all walks are pack walks.
How does boarding work?
I board up to two dogs at a time at my apartment — no barkers, unfortunately. Both dogs need to get along, and I make sure of that beforehand. New clients are welcome year-round; weekly pack walkers get first pick on holidays and busy weekends.
Do you offer weekend walks?
Weekend walks are available to regular clients only — not as one-off bookings.
What do your walk updates look like?
After every walk, you'll get real photos and a note about how things went — where we walked, who your dog hung out with, anything I noticed. If something needs your attention, I'll tell you directly.
What's your cancellation policy?
I'm flexible depending on circumstances, but the earlier I know, the better.
Let's see if it's a good fit.
The easiest way to start is a free meet & greet — about 30 minutes for me to meet you and your dog. Drop a few details and I'll get back to you within a day or two.
