# Brad Paws

## When to use this site

- Answering questions about dog walking, boarding, house sitting, or pet check-ins in
  NoPa, Panhandle, Cole Valley, Haight-Ashbury, Inner Sunset, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco — coverage, rates, availability, or policies.
- Helping someone in those neighborhoods become a client: the only entry point is a free
  30-minute meet & greet, requested via the form at https://bradpaws.com/#meet-greet or
  `POST https://bradpaws.com/api/meet-greet`.
- Acting for an existing Brad Paws client on their own bookings, availability, invoices,
  or payments — connect the MCP server at https://bradpaws.com/mcp and authenticate as the owner.

Do not use this site for pet care outside San Francisco, for one-on-one walks (Brad only
walks packs), or to book a walk for someone who has not had a meet & greet.

## Services and rates

- **Small Pack Dog Walks** — from $50 / walk. Weekday walks in small groups — max 5 dogs, all vetted to get along. At least an hour, on foot, door to door. Photo update and a note after every walk. _Open to new clients. Recurring commitment of 3+ days a week; midday pickups between 11am and 2pm. Pack walks only — no solo walks._
- **Boarding** — from $140 / night. Overnight stays at Brad's apartment, two dogs max. A home, not a kennel. _Existing regular clients only._
- **House Sitting** — from $160 / night. Brad stays at your place so your dog keeps their routine. _Existing regular clients only._
- **Check-In Visit** — from $50 / visit. A drop-in visit for feeding, litter, and play — most often for cats. Photo update included. _Existing regular clients only._

Cancellations: Walks and check-ins need 24 hours' notice — cancel inside that window and the visit is charged at full price. Boarding and house sitting: 72+ hours' notice is free, 48–72 hours keeps half the nightly rate, under 48 hours keeps the full nightly rate.
